Marketing Associate
As a Marketing Associate, individuals will be expected to learn client specific information. They need to be able to learn and duplicate the basic sales and marketing systems that have allowed for us to be at the forefront of our industry. Marketing Associates will be expected to effectively communicate to the target consumer base on behalf of our clients.
Senior Marketing Consultant
Compelling and challenging, our business development program cross-trains our candidates to advance from an entry –level position of sales and marketing into a consultant position, perfecting the art of persuasion and negotiation. Within the Senior Marketing Consultant phase of the company our candidates become fluent with the backend, operations side of the business.
Marketing Consultant
This is the most important phase of our business development program. At this stage some of the most valuable skills our company has to offer are passed down, taught and learned. All Marketing Consultant are expected to be able to pick up the information quickly enough to where they can focus on developing and fine tuning the skills acquired.
