Our primary expertise is providing consultative solutions to numerous different fortune 500 companies, government agencies, and non-profits in Philadelphia. We operate in 19 different countries and have more than 130 offices in the United States.

Marketing Associate:

All staff members start at this phase where the primary focus is to understand the basic principles and foundation that the firm is built upon. As a Marketing Associate, individuals will be expected to learn client-specific information. They need to be able to learn and duplicate the basic sales and marketing systems that have allowed for us to be at the forefront of our industry. Marketing Associates will be expected to effectively communicate to the target consumer base on behalf of our clients.

Senior Marketing Consultant:

Compelling and challenging, our business development program cross-trains our candidates to advance from an entry–level position of sales and marketing into a consultant position, perfecting the art of persuasion and negotiation. Within the Senior Marketing Consultant phase of the company, our candidates become fluent with the backend, operations side of the business. This is where a company grows its foundation from the human resources to client relations. Like Aristotle wrote; “The roots of education are bitter, but the fruit is sweet.” We value rigorous training to prepare candidates for ultimate future success.

Marketing Consultant:

This is the most important phase of our business development program. At this stage some of the most valuable skills our company has to offer are passed down, taught and learned. All Marketing Consultant are expected to be able to pick up the information quickly enough to where they can focus on developing and fine-tuning the skills acquired. All Marketing Consultants will still be perfecting their sales & marketing abilities. Their focus, however, will shift from sales and marketing to more of a leadership role. In this phase of the program, each Marketing Consultants is responsible for the success of their team. Marketing Consultants are focused on honing in the skills to effectively train and interview on behalf of the company. These skills can only be measured by the results of individuals that are developed under the watchful eyes of the Marketing Consultant. Therefore, we want all Marketing Consultants to be heavily skilled in their abilities to train and coach others so that they can be directly involved in the success of our entry-level staff.

Executive Consultant:

This is the penultimate phase of our program. Executive consultants are responsible for client acquisition, new market penetration, and ultimately increasing our current market share. Executive Consultants heavily focus on strategic marketing and implementation to spear head new initiatives of our clients. They are responsible for the ultimate growth and expansion of the company. As shareholders in the company Executive Consultants seek to position the company for international growth in the future while holding true to the mission of Blue Square Concepts.
